Attorney Elimelech Crystal specializes in real estate, representing companies and private persons in all matters associated with developing, planning and constructing projects in Israel and abroad, including managing real estate acquisitions, capital improvements, appearing before local, regional, and national planning authorities, project financing, including negotiating with banks, funds, and financial institutions, promoting construction while handling all planning and development, sales, and registration proceedings.

Attorney Elimelech Crystal has extensive experience in representing litigation cases, administrative claims, appeals, planning and construction objections, such as: large commercial centers / malls, homeowners’ associations, residents and activists, as well as NOP 38 and eviction-construction transactions – both in representing tenants and developers.

Attorney Elimelech Crystal completed his apprenticeship with the law offices of Lenkin & Lustigman in Jerusalem, which represented real estate construction companies and developers. He founded his own law firm in 1980.

Admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1980.

Attorney Elimelech Crystal graduates from the Faculty of Law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1978.

Attorney Elimelech Crystal is a volunteer chairman of the international board of directors of the Israel Tennis Centers, a non-profit organization that runs and operates 14 tennis centers that it developed and built across Israel – serving close to 20,000 children and teenagers every week – with over 300 employees, managers, and staff.

Attorney Omer Crystal specializes in planning and construction – representing developers and rights holders before the planning authorities, handling large-scale real estate ventures, including financing arrangements for projects and counseling real estate investment funds, developing and advocating on urban redevelopment projects, and complex real estate transactions.

Attorney Omer Crystal has unique experience in providing comprehensive, creative, and quality solutions to complex administrative matters, as well as projects, complicated transactions, and long-term processes.

In addition, he has experience and expertise in the field of infrastructures, which includes drafting bids and handling all necessary aspects for state-owned enterprises, developers, credit companies, rights and property holders.

Between 2008 – 2012, Attorney Omer Crystal completed his apprenticeship with the real estate, infrastructure and project financing department at the law offices of Raved, Magriso, Benkel & Co., where he gained experience in counselling on real estate projects and transactions, advocating on drafting bids (such as: infrastructure planning and development bids, BOT, operations, management, execution, leaseholds, permitted use, etc.) for state-owned enterprises, authorities, government ministries, and handling all bid processes and project development.

Attorney Omer Crystal completed his MRE in real estate at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

He was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 2009.

He completed his bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in business administration at the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
